The park is one of the largest in the Tokai area, with 4,500 plum trees blooming in an area of 38 hectares. The view from the observation deck is famous, with the pink and white plum blossoms and the yellow forsythia blossoming against the backdrop of the snow-capped Suzuka Mountains, making it look like a painting.
